Please read these terms before using RemindVocab.
Agreement: By using RemindVocab, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Denis Svichkarev ("we", "us") regarding the RemindVocab mobile application (the "Service").
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RemindVocab for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or extract source code
- Use the app for commercial purposes without authorization
Subscriptions and Payments
RemindVocab offers the following purchase options:
- Weekly: Auto-renewable subscription, billed weekly
- Annual: Auto-renewable subscription, billed yearly
- Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent access
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
The free version is limited to 30 words. Premium unlocks unlimited words and all features.
Third-Party Services
RemindVocab uses DeepL for automatic translations. Translation requests are sent directly to DeepL's servers. We are not responsible for DeepL's data handling practices.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of RemindVocab are the property of Denis Svichkarev and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your vocabulary data remains your property and is stored only on your device.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, translation accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect modifications.
